PRICES
All prices excludes VAT and other charges imposed by public authorities. All sales are made subject to possible exchange rate fluctuations.
PAYMENT TERMS
One hundred (100) percent of the order value shall be paid within ten (10) days of the order date.
DELIVERY TERMS
Freight and insurances charges are additional and states separately. Any change in the original order made by the Buyer, such alternation possible only within ten(10) working days from the order date, entitles Senab to a reasonable extension of the delivery time.
INSTALLATION
Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer shall arrange for professional installation to be carried out in the situation at his own expense.
RESERVATION OF TITLE
All products remain the property of Senab until such time as full cash payment has been made. In the event of repossession Senab Concept is entitled to decide which parts of the delivery remain unpaid for.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS- LIMITED WARRANTY
The Buyer shall inspect and accept the Products at the time of delivery. Claims regarding transport damages must be notified in writing by the Buyer to the carrier and to Senab Concept immediately after receipt of the Products. If the notification of any damage is not carried out within three (3) days from the date of delivery , the delivery shall be deemed to have been contractually effected.
The warranty is limited to defects appearing within a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery and does not apply to defects or damage resulting from misuse, accident, alternations, tampering, negligence or abuse, abnormal humidity or abnormal temperature variation in premises selected by the Buyer or similar causes.
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
Swedish law, including the parts of the Convention of contracts for the International Sale of Goods incorporated in Swedish law , shall apply Any dispute, shall be finally settled by the arbitration in accordance with Rules of the Arbitration Institute of Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. The place of arbitration shall be Stockholm, Sweden.
FORCE MAJEUR
Should delivery be delayed or impeded by war, import ban or other decision or measure taken by a public authority, action, strike, look-out, blockade or other industrial dispute affecting Senab Concept or its subcontractors, fire, natural disaster, operational failures or any other unforeseeable disturbance occurring in the factories used by Senab Concept or the subcontractors of such factories or any other circumstance beyond Senab Concept's control, Senab Concept is entitled without thereby incurring liability to pay damages, either to a necessary extension of the time of delivery for all or part of the delivery, or to cancel all or part of the agreement.
CHANGES TO MODELS
Colours of fabric, leather and wood may vary slightly according to production lots. Minor deviations from quality, colour, dimensions and weight shall not be reason for a notice of defect.
All measurements are as precise as possible, however they shall be considered as approximate.
